My experience with this law firm was amazing. Every time that I have emailed the staff I have received a response, maybe not right away but within a day or two at the most. Lisa and Elizabeth were both very courteous and respectful in communicating with myself and/or my husband. Lisa always patient and ready with a detailed explanation. I would highly recommend this law firm as Ms. Fernandez legal ethics are beyond reproach and you could not ask for a better bunch of ladies to attend to you.

My experience was genuinely horrible from start to finish. There was absolutely no response to any of my messages, and the complete lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. I kept waiting for updates, answers, or even the smallest acknowledgment, but nothing ever came. It felt as though my concerns were simply ignored, and that level of disregard is unacceptable for any service or business.
Because of this, I cannot recommend them at all. Reliable communication is the bare minimum, and unfortunately, they failed to meet even that. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere to avoid the same disappointing experience.
